The 2 years’ duration is divided into 4 semesters, with each semester lasting a period of 6 months. Electrical Engineering program deals with topics such as Control Systems, Circuits and Micro controllers, VLSI Technology and Design, Power Engineering, Electronics, Power Systems, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Electrical Systems etc in a much more detailed manner than the B. Electrical goods manufacturing sector, Telecommunications sector, Industries involved in production and manufacturing, Energy (solar and wind) sector etc are the prime recruiters, when it comes to Private sector enterprises. Electrical Engineering, one may take up the post of a Lecturer at any Government/Private Engineering College.
